Latundan Banana Paste
Shima-Bananas, bananas harvested in Okinawa, have an exceptional aroma and sourness that has led to the saying, “Never talk about bananas without tasting the Shima-Bananas.”
This paste is made from “Apple Banana,” the Okinawan way of calling Latundan Banana, one of the rarest of all Shima-Bananas.
It can be used to make sweets, spread over bread, or enjoyed on its own!
