This specific lemon variety stands out among the others because of its intense aroma, high acidity, and flexible, densely packed juice.

Because it is susceptible to the bacterial canker, as a countermeasure, disinfectant is sprayed 2 to 3 times during the period between the emergence of new sprouts and the end of flowering.

After that, no pesticides are used at all, so you can consume it with peace of mind as it uses very little pesticide.

Compared to foreign varieties, the juice and aroma are strong enough even when green, so it can be used in various ways, such as in tea, to remove odors in cooking, and as a flavoring agent.
